Personal Experience
Holds an MPhil in Education (Art, Creativity, and Education) from the University of Cambridge and a BA in Cognitive Science and Art from the University of Southern California. She has led educational and cultural projects for institutions such as the Fitzwilliam Museum (Cambridge), Joint Educational Project (Los Angeles), and WorldStrides Global Camps (Shanghai). Her expertise includes managing high-impact European projects like Social Innovation Brokers, MOBIUS, and IntegrART, overseeing a combined budget of over €2 million. She was a competitive rower for the Polish national team, as well as USC and Cambridge University teams. Her experience in elite sports fosters a goal-oriented and resilient leadership style. As an artist working with glass and photography, she explores themes of mindfulness and fleeting moments.
