The main goal of the ROSE project is to equip individuals with remote work skills for personal and professional growth to empower them to excel in remote work careers and attain economic independence. We aim to offer universal training encompassing essential remote work skills, including general competencies and job-specific proficiencies, and create mentorship modules for sustainability, enabling other organizations to replicate our success with diverse target groups.

The project objectives will be achieved when:
- 12 essential remote work modules developed and published online
- Webinars, workshops, and mentorship modules corresponding to each training unit developed
- Training materials were translated to 4 languages
- Min. 50 ppl were trained
- Min. 35 ppl completed training (70% completion)
- + 100 participants joined the ROSE network
- Informed min. 400 people directly and min. 2,500 indirectly about the project
- Min. 250 people in dissemination events
- Min. 2500 website visits
- Develop clear guidelines on how to implement the developed training Met all the other quant and qual indicators
