GAMEY – Gamified Approach to Money Education for Youth

The project aims to boost financial literacy among youth through gamified and interactive learning. By equipping young people with essential financial skills, they’ll be better prepared to make informed financial decisions and manage personal finances. The initiative will also foster a learning community that supports youth development and economic engagement. Leveraging partner expertise, we will develop tools and training to enhance financial awareness and skills, including the GAMEY platform for sustainable knowledge-sharing.

ROSE – Remote Occupation Skills Education

The main goal of the ROSE project is to equip individuals with remote work skills for personal and professional growth to empower them to excel in remote work careers and attain economic independence. We aim to offer universal training encompassing essential remote work skills, including general competencies and job-specific proficiencies, and create mentorship modules for sustainability, enabling other organizations to replicate our success with diverse target groups.

MOBIUS – Youth Social Innovation Brokers

The aim of MOBIUS is to stimulate the activity of young people in the field of social innovation on a local, national, and European scale by promoting their role, developing their competencies, providing relevant tools, and sharing experiences and best practices. We want to enhance the skills and abilities of Social Innovation Brokers, particularly in the area of educational activities focused on partnership, entrepreneurship, and co-creation of innovations.

Social Innovation Brokers

No. 2024-1-PL01-KA220-YOU-000251498

Project aims to develop a pilot version of vocational training for Social Innovation Brokers. This training will be the first in Poland and in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in general training preparing people to work in this new and unique profession. We plan to train a group of 50 brokers. The benefit of the project is a support, development and dissemination mechanism for social innovations and for social dialogue at the local and regional levels.

Digital Learning in the Family

Support underqualified women with a migrant background in gaining digital skills and qualifications to provide them with professional perspectives and support their integration into the host societies. This project offers three courses – a basic course for women, an advanced course for women, and a module for the children of the participants.

Women Inspired: Supporting Entrepreneurship

Project aims to develop the skills of female entrepreneurs in digital marketing and e-commerce. By participating in the project, women develop their businesses and open such to new markets to function in the global economy. WISE provides the participants with space to connect with other female entrepreneurs and support each other in building successful businesses.

IntegrART

Empowering and Integrating of Migrant Communities Through Digital Creativity. Designed to create a new innovative digital solution and foster active learning among migrants. It aims to encourage the migrants to seek for new, modern, and interactive methods of learning through peer-to-peer learning and cooperation. The main goal of the IntegrART project is to improve and support migrant integration through creativity and art.

Education for Refugees

Project aims to help 60 refugees from Ukraine improve basic skills (understanding and creating information, mathematical reasoning, digital skills and social competence) and basic knowledge of the Polish language. To achieve this goal, we will provide diagnosis of needs, training, counseling and, for willing participants, psychological and legal assistance and subsequent validation of the acquired skills.

Tourism LED

The project examined how migrant communities contribute to tourism in the partner regions. Case studies share how migrants use their social, cultural and historical heritage to set up a tourism business to generate income and contribute to the local economy. A self learning training programme with a range of Modules aim to develop the skills required to set up a tourism business.

Women Future Entrepreneurs

The project aimed to create an innovative online entrepreneurship course, inspiring practical business ideas for temporary residences. Our goal was to enhance entrepreneurial skills among participants and establish a network with institutions from the Visegrad Group and Ukraine, fostering a platform for exchange and cooperation among entrepreneurial women.

Women Innovation Network

No. DWR/PPR2021/100/1/2021

The project is aimed at strengthening the competences of women looking for support in finding themselves in the labor market or looking for inspiration to start their own business. WIN contributed directly to the increase of participants’ competences through the diagnosis of their potential, various group seminars, a series of individual and group consultations, a joint study visit, and a professional network built around the project activities.
